Use of the site

Eligibility and permitted use

Access to and use of 91-lottery.in.net (the "Site") is permitted only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and are legally authorised to participate in lottery or gaming activities under the laws applicable in their state or territory within India. By accessing the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Residents of states where online lottery participation is prohibited by local legislation must not register or transact on the Site.

You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, and you must use payment methods, including UPI handles linked to PhonePe, Google Pay, or BHIM, registered in your own name only.

Prohibited conduct

When using the Site, you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers, deploy automated scripts or bots to collect data, transmit unlawful or fraudulent content, impersonate any person or entity, or engage in activity that disrupts the performance or integrity of the Site. You must not use the Site to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime. Accounts found in breach of these restrictions will be suspended or permanently terminated at our sole discretion, and any pending balances may be withheld pending investigation.

Account responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account we reasonably believe has been used in violation of these Terms of Service.

Intellectual property

Ownership of content

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of 91 Lottery or its licensed content suppliers. This Content is protected by applicable Indian copyright law (Copyright Act, 1957), trademark law (Trade Marks Act, 1999), and relevant international intellectual property conventions. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of any Content constitutes a violation of these laws and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Limited licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Site and its Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, resell, modify, or create derivative works from any Content, nor may you remove or obscure any copyright or trademark notices. This licence terminates automatically and without notice if you breach any provision of these Terms.

Reporting infringement

We will investigate good-faith reports promptly and take appropriate action in accordance with applicable Indian law.

Limitation of liability

No warranties

The Site and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Results, odds, and prize information displayed on the Site are subject to change without notice, and we make no guarantee regarding the accuracy or completeness of such information at any given time.

Exclusion of damages

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, 91 Lottery, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Third-party services

The Site may integrate with third-party payment processors including UPI gateways supported by PhonePe, Google Pay, and BHIM. We are not responsible for outages, transaction failures, or errors caused by those third-party providers. Disputes relating to a payment transaction must first be raised directly with the relevant payment provider before being escalated to us.
